In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I needed to send flowers for a friend of the family’s funeral and having been burned so many times before by using the online flower shops, I decided to use a local shop that was close to where the funeral was being held. So glad I did! Geri is personable and easy to work with! I ordered the flowers the day before and she promised to deliver them in time! Because the hall where the funeral was being held was not a normal funeral hall, the first time she tried to deliver, no one was there to receive the flowers! She tried once more and still no one was there! Third time was a charm! No online flower shop would have bothered to go a second or third time! I’m SO glad I found Flower Fiesta! Thanks so very much for the lovely flowers and for your willingness to make sure they were delivered! Grateful!

My wife loved the arrangement. Even though there were no tuberoses available you offered freesia as a substitute. She loved those too. Thanks for the extra mile and finding an alternative solution.

Big thank you to Geri for taking care of our order. We are not local to the area and Geri was able to help us plan our flower arrangement as well as deliver. We were very particular about our choice of flower colors and Geri was very communicative and informative. Thanks to her patience, we were able to come up with a beautiful arrangement.
