I have used this company twice now and let me say that the customer service I was provided was phenomenal. When I made my purchase of a hefty sum I was emailed by the owner and told that she didn’t have the flowers I’d ordered as it was same day delivery, I understood this and was about to take the next day option instead when the owner graciously offered to replace the missing flowers with equal value and beauty that she had on hand. I accepted of course and the arrangement was hands down “the biggest arrangement my girl has ever seen” her quote. So I say again, this company went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate and recommend this service to anyone! Amazing place I will continue to use in the future
